Micah Smith is a visionary leader, artist, and changemaker from North Preston. She’s worked with artists like Michael Bublé, Reeny Smith, and Anderson Paak, and founded Crescendo Fest, a platform amplifying African Nova Scotian and Black talent. A board member of ADVANCE and a JUNOfest Producer, Micah’s mission is clear: to uplift her community through creativity, collaboration, and purpose.
Ebow Dawson is a seasoned artist manager and music entrepreneur from Ghana, currently interning with ANSMA. With over 10 years of experience managing award-winning artists like Kahpun and consulting for talents across Ghana and Canada, Ebow brings global insight and deep commitment to developing emerging talent and pushing for equity in the music industry.
